  My family and I would like to thank Fram Monument Company, Inc for doing such a wonderful job on my husband’s grave marker. We needed a grave marker made in a short period of time for our burial service and Niv went out of his way to find an available granite stone on hand so the marker could be made as soon as possible.
  
  He was very helpful through the process of creating the inscription and design. We all appreciated that Fram Monument delivered the stone on time and it looked wonderful. I will highly recommend Fram Monument Company to any of my family and friends. Thank you for making this difficult process so much easier.

  We were referred to Fram Monument Company by a Funeral Director, in addition to reading several client reviews. They are highly regarded in the funeral business among professionals and clients. That is another level of excellence altogether. Fram Monument lived up to its reputation and made a very difficult process bearable. The staff are consummate professionals; their work is of a high quality, and they exhibit care and compassion to families. Niv Fishbein was detailed, patient, and accessible. My family was pleased with the memorial bench for my father and mother. We didn’t like it, we loved it! We will definitely recommend them to others. Thank you Fram Monument for a job well done!

  My name is Rita Jones and I just wanted to say how satisfied I am with my mother’s marker. I had the pleasure of working with Niv Fishbein and he was very professional and patient with me. Me, my kids and my granddaughter went to see her yesterday and we were so excited to finally see what was purchased from our hearts. And now my mother can have more family and friends visit her and place beautiful flowers in her vase. Thank you so much!!

  It has been six years since my daughter passed away, and four years since Fram Monument Company placed my daughter's memorial. I searched for 2 years to find the right company that could create a memorial that would meet the vision of how I felt about my daughter. Fram Monument Company exceeded this in so many ways. From the very first meeting they were so kind, so wonderful. In addition, they used the latest techniques in creating memorials. The costs were 50% less than I was quoted from other companies - who did not have the technology to do silver etching in black marble. I am so grateful to them for everything.

  SUPER SLOW service. It took forever to get the marker installed. Fram wouldn't make any initiatives first--i always had to contact them first for follow-ups. Every time I called/wrote emails to follow up, they said they would get back to me in 2-3 weeks, which they never did, and I had to contact them AGAIN. SO ANNOYING. Very inefficient and difficult to get things done with. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. You'd be better off with other service providers, even if they charge more.
